After a very good season in G Street this past year my dad and I were looking forward to getting moved down to H Street and really tearing it up but we established that going fast was more important than winning. So we decided to !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Now we're not gonna have the whole build done this summer but for this season we've got Koni Yellows, H@R race springs, a basically brand new LSD, an X-brace and a few other odd bits here and there. After being able to pretty much keep up with a well driven 2010 WRX and even beat outright I'm really excited to see how these pretty substantial upgrades are going to improve our petty little 318ti. Plus my dad and I got the OK to have an event at night so we're the chairs for that event which should be awesome!

Is HS not H Stock?
It was '07 when I ran. Had fun but not competitive.
This was my first event, I think I made an impression.

No such thing as stock anymore, as of last year its now Street class which allows for some minor modifications

Interesting. Oh well maybe I'll see about a co-drive at an event. It's been 8 years, hah. I'm going to suck worse.

I've complimented your 318ti before. I don't really have the time or facilities to keep one prepped for racing, but I would love one as a weekend project car. How easy is it to maintain yourself, and can you tell me any trouble spots?
Also, I've never sat in one. I'm 6-4 and I have the affliction of falling in love with small cars. Is this doable for me?

Its really not to bad for a somewhat modern BMW, trouble spots would be really just the cooling system as far as major things go, if they're not taken care of you'll blow the headgasket in no time. Other than that its just little annoyances like the window regulators. As for height I have a friend who's 6'3 and seems to fit fine, but I'm 6'0 and with a helmet on I have to tilt my head a little bit.
